Returns & Exchanges


Piggly Wiggly strives to provide the best service and customer satisfaction to every one of our valued customers.  In the event that a return or exchange is necessary, please submit the form below indicating your return or exchange request.   We will respond to you as quickly as possible with a RETURN/EXCHANGE Authorization. Unless there is a unique circumstance, we will ask that you follow the instructions below:

Instructions for Returns/Exchanges:

  1. AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED - All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please submit this form for a RETURN/EXCHANGE Authorization. 

  2. ITEM CONDITION - The item you are returning must be in NEW condition, unused and unwashed. All labels, tags, or other items that came with the product must be returned with the item, as well.

  3. PACKING SLIP - Please include the packing slip with the return and indicate on this document what you would like sent in exchange or your reason for returning. 

  4. WHERE TO SEND - Returns and Exchanges should be sent to the following address:

  5. SHIPPING CHARGES - Shipping charges are not refundable.

  6. TIMEFRAME -  Items must be returned within 45 days from purchase  date to qualify for a refund.  Exchanges may be returned within 90 days from date of purchase.  Refunds will be issued within 5 business days, but could  take up to 10 days to post to your account.
